My Capstone project would be … to study the environmental impact that meditation has on the planet by giving people the opportunity to do nothing rather than consume something, whether it be food, energy, or other resources.
If I could have dinner with anyone dead or alive it would be … Ikkyu, who was a 15th century Zen master and poet, and former Boston Celtic Paul Pierce, who would definitely speak The Truth.
Someone who I admire or would consider a hero is … my grandfather, Stelica, who is 92, and lives in his native Romania. The care and attention he brings to even the smallest tasks and the playfulness he exudes are traits I hope to emulate.
