My Capstone project would be on … human and nature connectedness as a health promotion and environmental conservation strategy.
If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive who would it be? Why? … Survivors of WWII Japanese American Internment, including my paternal grandmother and her family, so I may preserve and share their stories from a dark, influential, and often overlooked period in US history and continue my mission to ensure that we do not repeat the mistakes of our country’s past.
