Heads of School and Current Parent to Discuss Community Relationships and Planning for Fall 2020
Through this challenging summer as schools across the country have worked to envision and prepare for reopening this fall, a key in the process for the team at Belmont Day has been harnessing the expertise within our entire community.
On Monday, Aug. 3 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., join the Association of Independent Schools in New England (AISNE) for the webinar, “Leverage Your Community Relationships in Preparation for Reopening School.” Brendan Largay, Belmont Day head of school, Deborah Brissenden, assistant head of school and director of curriculum and instruction, and Dr. Ingrid Katz, infectious diseases-trained physician at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, associate faculty director at the Harvard Global Health Institute, and current BDS parent, will discuss the school’s comprehensive and collaborative efforts. Areas of the discussion will include: making the most of expertise within your school community; navigating constantly changing COVID-19-related guidelines; and leading with empathy with concern for all constituents.
This webinar is free and open to all, however, please note the focus audience is heads of schools and senior school administrators. For more information, click here.
